Abstract
⺠We prepared single-crystalline spherical β-Ga2O3 particles in ambient atmosphere. ⺠The particles display uniform spherical morphology with an average diameter of â¼200 nm. ⺠The Ga2O3 particles exhibit a broad blue-green light and an interesting red light emission. ⺠The red light emission can be further tuned by post-annealing of the particles.
