Abstract
⺠The conjugation of double core CdSe(Te)/ZnS QDs to anti-Interleukin-10 antibodies has been studied. ⺠The shift of PL spectrum is detected in bioconjugated CdSe(Te)/ZnS QDs. ⺠The set of electronic effects are proposed for the explanation of PL spectrum shift. ⺠The electric field applied to bioconjugated QDs is created by the charge of antibodies. ⺠Energy diagrams of nonconjugated and bioconjugated QDs have been designed.
