Abstract
												⺠Fluorescence quenching of Rhodamine 6G by Ag nanoparticles is investigated. ⺠Energy transfer between metal and nanoparticle is studied using the dual beam thermal lens technique. ⺠Distance dependence energy transfer mechanism is investigated and found that it follows Râ4 relation.
