Abstract
⺠Theoretical calculation of the nonlinear optical rectification in a lens shape InAs/GaAs quantum dot was performed. ⺠Optical rectification susceptibility is quite sensitive to the applied hydrostatic pressure and temperature. ⺠The oscillator strength is strongly affected by the applied hydrostatic pressure and temperature.
