Abstract
⺠The method of pulsed generation of ultraviolet coherent radiation is considered. ⺠The method is based on superradiant indirect exciton recombination in diamond. ⺠The theory of this process is developed and its numerical simulation is conducted. ⺠The picosecond pulse peak power is larger than 30 W at 235 nm.
