Abstract
⺠In2O3/Cu NWs were introduced in Y2O3:Eu3+ phosphor to improve the low voltage cathodoluminescence. ⺠In2O3/Cu NWs play different key roles in the formation of electrically conductive network. ⺠The cooperating effect was proved by comparing the experimental data and the calculated results. ⺠The low voltage cathodoluminescence was significantly improved.
