Abstract
► Two ruthenium phthalocyanine complexes were synthesized and characterized. ► Their films were fabricated using conventional thermal evaporation technique. ► Optical properties were studied at normal incidence of light. ► Absorption and dielectric properties were determined. ► Experimental results are in agreement with predicted spectroscopic properties.
