Abstract
⺠InBO3 nanocrystals doped with Tb3+ ions are prepared via the sol-gel method. ⺠Results show that a hexagonal InBO3 phase forms at above 650 °C. ⺠The powder shows an average grain size of 24 nm. ⺠Structural and optical characterizations of InBO3:Tb3+ nanocrystals.
