Abstract
⺠Binding modes of scopoletin to HSA/BSA have been established. ⺠The binding sites on BSA/HSA by scopoletin were discussed. ⺠Investigating the structural changes of HSA and BSA in the presence of scopoletin. ⺠Energy transfer and the type of the binding forces were investigated for two systems. ⺠Influences of common ions on the binding constants of BSA/HSA with scopoletin were investigated.
