Abstract
⺠A facile technique to fabricate (Lu,Y)-oxyorthosilicate nanophosphors is presented. ⺠The structural and excellent luminescent properties including excitation, emission and short decay times are reported. ⺠The Ce-doped oxyorthosilicates nanophosphors present a fast decay time of the order of 38-45 ns.
