Abstract
⺠New time-resolved OSL experiments in Al2O3:C using 470 nm LEDs. ⺠A new type of thermally assisted effect for stimulation temperature between 50 and 150 °C. ⺠Thermal quenching parameters extracted from data in optical stimulation and relaxation periods. ⺠TR-OSL curves fitted at different stimulation temperatures using analytical expressions. ⺠Luminescence lifetimes are systematically higher than reported from PL studies.
