Abstract
⺠TiO2 nanowires and nanocabbages doped with anti-ferroelectric liquid crystal (W-182). ⺠Photoluminescence band maxima shifted. ⺠Dielectric properties showed suitable changes with temperature variation, both pure and AFLC doped. ⺠Bi-stable switching operation shown through dc conductivity measurement.
