Abstract
⺠All the films prepared under argon ambience show the presence of rhombohedral phase. ⺠All the films show a blue shift in optical band gap. ⺠Film deposited at Ar pressure 20 Pa shows a self-assembly of grain in regular patterns. ⺠PL spectra of the films for excitation wavelength of 325 nm show an intense yellow emission.
