Abstract
⺠Investigation of Ag thickness effect on the properties of WO3/Ag/MoO3 films. ⺠Electrical conductivity of multilayer films increases with increasing Ag thickness. ⺠Optical transmittance increases by Ag thickness and at 15 nm, reaches 81.7%. ⺠Power efficiency of WO3/Ag (15 nm)/MoO3 based devices is higher than that of other devices.
