Abstract
⺠Bioconjugation of QDs to Osteopontin antibodies includes covalent and electrostatic interactions. ⺠PL spectra of bioconjugated QDs have been transformed by electric charges of dipoles. ⺠The electric field is created by the electric dipoles of Osteopontin antibodies. ⺠Raman study has confirmed that osteopontin antibodies have the electrical dipoles.
