Abstract
⺠Li-doped ZnO nanoparticles exhibit an enhanced photoluminescence intensity. ⺠Li doping led to an increase of the oxygen-vacancy density. ⺠The incorporation of excess of Li into ZnO resulted in a weakened crystallinity.
