Abstract
⺠TL, IL, PL properties of CaSiO3:Eu3+ bombarded with 100 MeV Si7+ ions were reported. ⺠Effect of dopant concentrations and influence of ion fluence has been discussed. ⺠Studies reveal the CaSiO3:Eu3+(5 mol%) phosphor might be suitable for dosimeter.
