Abstract
⺠Tricolor Ca3Si2O7: Ln phosphors were demonstrated to construct near-UV white LED. ⺠Eu2+ doped Ca3Si2O7 red-emitting phosphor was confirmed by this work once again. ⺠Thermal quenching properties for Ca3Si2O7:Ln phosphors were reported for the first time. ⺠Performances of fabricated white LED indicated the potential application of phosphors.
