Abstract
⺠The Box-Behnken design was used to optimize peroxyoxalate-chemiluminescence system. ⺠Amplex red is as new fluorescent emitters for peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence. ⺠It is introduce a method for determination of vitamin C. ⺠Detection limit of vitamin C was obtained about 0.012 μg/mL.
