Abstract
⺠Alkaline orthosilicate phosphors are modified solid state synthesis method. ⺠Excitation wavelength of prepared phosphors is in the near UV range. ⺠Emission of all prepared phosphors is in the visible range of the spectrum. ⺠Prepared materials optical characterized are well interested. ⺠Prepared phosphors may be useful for applications like solid state lighting.
