Abstract
⺠CdSiO3:Ce3+ (1-9 mol%) nanophosphors have been prepared at much lower temperatures. ⺠Phosphors are well characterized by PXRD, SEM, FTIR and UV-vis spectroscopy. ⺠TL properties were evaluated using swift heavy ions and UV irradiation. ⺠TL properties suggest that it can be suitable for UV dosimeter applications.
