Abstract
⺠CdSiO3:Sm3+ nanophosphors are prepared at much lower temperatures. ⺠Effect of NaF flux content on the crystal structure, morphology and luminescent properties CdSiO3:Sm3+ is investigated. ⺠With the addition of 2 wt% NaF flux, TL intensity can be effectively enhanced. ⺠Well resolved TL glow peaks at 126, 130 and 150 °C were observed.
