Abstract
⺠ZnS ceramics were successfully synthesized by the solid-state reaction method in argon atmosphere under different conditions. ⺠The structural transformation of ZnS ceramics from zinc-blende to hexagonal wurtzite was observed. ⺠Blue and green emissions were observed from the room temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurements of ZnS ceramics.
