Abstract
⺠Novel phosphors Y2O3:Eu3+, Tb3+ have been synthesized by co-precipitation method. ⺠Samples emit white light with excellent color coordinates under UV excitation. ⺠Luminescence color could be changed by varying the excitation wavelength. ⺠Energy transfer from Tb3+âEu3+ ions in these phosphors was found.
