Abstract
⺠Synthesis of ZnSe quantum dots by a green chemical route. ⺠Characterisation: UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. ⺠Analysis of UV-vis absorption spectrum and transmission electron micrographs. ⺠Study of electro-optical properties by photoluminescence and electroluminescence. ⺠Conclusion: ZnSe quantum dots can be used as LED with dual colour emission.
