Abstract
⺠CdSxTe1âx thin films were produced by the annealing of spray-deposited CdS:In thin films in the presence of tellurium vapor ⺠XRD diffractograms have shown the hexagonal structure of CdS:In besides features of the solid solution ⺠Transmittance was used to estimate the optical bandgap energy where more than one bandgap was observed for all films ⺠PL spectra are consistent with the results obtained by XRD, and the PL peaks are characteristic of the solid solution.
