Abstract
⺠Dy3+ doped lithium fluoro-borate glasses were synthesized by melt quenching method. ⺠Judd-Ofelt parameters Ωλ (λ=2, 4 and 6) are reported for all the studied glass matrices. ⺠Radiative parameters of Dy3+ in different glass matrices are studied and reported. ⺠The nature of decay profiles of 4F9/2 state of Dy3+ in all the glass matrices has been analyzed.
