Abstract
⺠The xc concentration has a great effect on the optical characteristics of these structures. ⺠The EM fields have a great effect on the optical properties of these structures. ⺠The total absorption coefficients increased as the electric and magnetic field increases. ⺠The RICs reduced as the electric and magnetic field increases.
