Abstract
⺠Nanocrystallite ABO3 (where A=La, Gd, Y and B=Al, Ga, Sc) perovskites were synthesized. ⺠Spectroscopic properties of Ce3+ in ABO3 (where A=La, Gd, Y and B=Al, Ga, Sc) were determined. ⺠Centroid shift in function of average distance between Ce3+ and ligands was found. ⺠Crystal field splitting of Ce3+ levels in ABO3 (where A=La, Gd, Y and B=Al, Ga, Sc) was found.
