Abstract
⺠Ca3Sc2Si3O12:1%Ce3+, 0.5%Tb3+ phosphor was prepared by the solid state method. ⺠Luminescence intensity of Ca3Sc2Si3O12:1%Ce3+, 0.5%Tb3+ phosphor even does not decrease when temperature increases. ⺠Green LED fabricated with the Ca3Sc2Si3O12:1%Ce3+, 0.5%Tb3+ phosphor shows much smaller decay than that of the commercial YAG:Ce3+ phosphor.
