Abstract
⺠New analytical equations for the filling of traps and centers during irradiation. ⺠Equations are applicable for TL and OSL signals in annealed dosimetric materials. ⺠New analytical expression for the quadratic dose dependence of TL and OSL. ⺠Analytical expressions for dose response at elevated irradiation temperatures. ⺠A new type of dose-rate effect is reported based on the modeling results.
