Abstract
⺠An inverted Y-type four level atomic system is proposed. ⺠Transmission coefficient can be controlled by a novel interesting parameter. ⺠Optical bistability and multistability can be achieved via external magnetic field. ⺠It is shown that our proposed model is suitable for all optical switching application.
