Abstract
⺠A novel red-emitting phosphor In2(MoO4)3:Eu3+ for LEDs was synthesized. ⺠The phosphor can emit red light under the excitation by UV or blue LEDs. ⺠The PL intensity achieves the maximum when the concentration of Eu3+ is 40 mol%. ⺠Concentration self-quenching of Eu3+ excited at 466 nm is due to dî¸d interaction.
