Abstract
⺠La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 thin films are studied with temperature variable PL spectroscopy. ⺠Temperature independent 2.5 eV peak is attributed and assigned to the inter-band transition. ⺠Redshifted doublet peak around 1.7 eV is attributed to the spin flip process. ⺠Band structures are calculated, consistent with the PL results. ⺠This study provides useful information for spintronics related researches/applications.
