Abstract
⺠Silicon quantum dots embedded in chlorinated-silicon nitride films. ⺠Films prepared by remote plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition. ⺠Tunable visible photoluminescence and absorption edges by quantum confinement. ⺠A model is proposed to explain the photoluminescence mechanisms and stokes shift.
