Abstract
⺠YAlO3:Mn2+-nanoparticles were prepared by the solution combustion method. ⺠EPR, TL, PL properties were reported. ⺠Kinetic trap parameters at different γ doses were reported. ⺠YAlO3:Mn2+ exposed to γ radiations showed promising TL characteristics.
