Abstract
⺠Emissions of CsGd2F7:Er3+, Dy3+ are reliably designated by energy and decay kinetics analysis. ⺠Quantum cutting downconversion is observed under VUV excitation. ⺠Chromaticity coordinates of emission spectra are very close to those of white-light emission. ⺠Upconverted pure green emission is obtained under 980 nm.
