Abstract
► Optical bistability and multistability via dual-EIT windows are investigated. ► The scheme shows some intrinsic characteristics that other schemes do not have. ► The appearance and disappearance of OB/OM can easily be controlled by adjusting the positions of dual-EIT windows.
