âºElectric field leads to a reduction of exciton binding energy and oscillator strength. âºExciton binding energy and oscillator strength decrease with increasing the dot height. âºExciton binding energy increases with increasing the indium composition. âºIntensity of the linear susceptibilities decreases with increasing the electric field.
