Abstract
⺠The formation of new non-fluorescence complex or competing binding sites between small molecules and probe are usually the reason of fluorescence quenching in DNA-probe systems. This study proved that conformation changes of DNA induced by Ni2+ can also lead to the fluorescence decrease of DNA-probe systems.
