Abstract
⺠CdS ultra-thin films-CdS ultra-thin film fabrication using vacuum thermal evaporation of bulk CdS powder. ⺠CdS nanocrystals-presence of CdS nanocrystals confirmed using various characterization techniques. ⺠Hybrid organic-inorganic OLED-CdS nanocrystals successfully embedded in standard OLED structure.
