Abstract
⺠Effect of atropine or glycyrrhizic acid on aconitine-BSA binding. ⺠UV-vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopic techniques used. ⺠Aconitine quenched BSA fluorescence via dynamic quenching with r=2.62 nm. ⺠Atropine sulphate and glycyrrhizic acid decreased KA and n of aconitine-BSA. ⺠Support for aconitine detoxification by atropine and glycyrrhizic acid.
