Abstract
⺠Microwave promotes sintering of YInGe2O7:Eu3+ phosphors. ⺠The microwave sintered YInGe2O7:Eu3+ phosphors have more uniform grain size. ⺠The concentration quenching was observed under microwave sintering conditions. ⺠Microwave processing has potential to reduce the time, cost, and required energy.
