Abstract
⺠Quenchings of BSA fluorescence by the flavonoids was all static quenchings. ⺠Synchronous fluorescence was applied to study the structural change of BSA. ⺠Binding constant, binding site and binding force were determined. ⺠Competition binding experiments were performed. ⺠One flavonoid had an obvious effect on the binding of another one to BSA.
