Abstract
⺠A modified synthesis of La2BaZnO5 phosphors is reported. ⺠New Results on photoluminescence of Sm3+, Pr3+ and Bi3+ reported. ⺠240 nm excitation found for Sm3+, Pr3+ and Tb3+. ⺠Luminescence of Sm3+, Pr3+ and Tb3+ is host sensitized.
