Abstract
⺠A novel fluorescence probe was developed to detect GSH that operates in aqueous solution. ⺠TMACA-NIP was synthesized and employed as “read-out” units of NIP/Cu2+/GSH. ⺠NIP-based probe shows high selectivity over other sulfhydryl compounds.
