Abstract
⺠The downconversion Y2O3:Bi,Yb films has good transparency. ⺠Y2O3:Bi,Yb films possess a broadband absorption in the UV region of 300-400 nm. ⺠The films may have potential application in enhancing the efficiency of c-Si cells.
