Abstract
⺠Characteristics of red TEOLED had been studied in detail through optical simulation. ⺠The efficiency and color saturation of TEOLED is superior to that of the bottom one. ⺠It is proved that the large spectra shift can be reduced without sacrificing the efficiency.
