Abstract
⺠A kind of dendrimer probe based on TO was designed and synthesized. ⺠Dendrimers showed an obvious fluorescence enhancement compared to free dye. ⺠Dendrimers labeled with BSA also showed fluorescence enhancement. ⺠Dendrimers may be used in diagnosis and detection of early-stage tumors.
