Abstract
► TSL glow curve of CWO presented a superposition of at least 4 peaks below 80 K. ► Kinetic parameters were determined from initial rise and peak position methods. ► Concentrations of trapping centers related to nonstoichiometry were lowered. ► Surface effects caused peak widening and appearance of maximums at 117 and 160 K. ► For temperatures above 250 K, no TSL signal was detected.
